A few common questions.
What kinds of sites do you redesign?
Mostly small-business sites that explain what you do and help people contact you. If you need a shop, booking system, or customer login, let us know first so we can check what’s involved.
Will I own the finished website?
Yes. Once you’ve paid, we send you the custom website files. Your existing content stays yours. Fonts, stock images, and other third-party materials still carry their original licenses.
How do revisions and support work?
Just email us. Your project includes two rounds of agreed changes in the 30 days after launch. Bigger changes or later updates get a separate quote. We fix our mistakes without using your revision rounds. Hosting and ongoing maintenance aren’t included.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact us before work starts to cancel for a full refund of any project payment. If work has begun, we’ll review the completed work against your written scope and refund any unearned amount. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
How is my information handled?
We use the contact details, website links, and project materials you send to respond, prepare quotes, and deliver your project. Email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. This site uses no marketing cookies or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep security and access logs. To request access to or deletion of your project information, email us. Records needed for legal or accounting purposes may be retained.
