REVEXA DESIGN

Privacy policy

Updated September 12, 2026 · Version 2026-09-12

This policy explains how Jack Matthess, doing business as Revexa Design in Oceanside, California, handles information for this website and our website redesign service. Contact jack@revexadesign.com for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We receive payment references, status and contact information, not your full card number or card security code. Please do not send passwords, payment details, transfer codes, health information or other sensitive personal information through our forms. Use your provider’s delegated-access tools for account access.

Providers and automated tools

We use hosting, storage, email and payment providers to operate the service. Our current tools include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Mailforge for our business mailbox, and AgentMail for legacy mail. Project operations also use hosted server infrastructure. Providers process information needed to deliver and secure their services, and may process it outside your state or country.

We use AI-assisted tools to help research businesses, draft designs and messages, and process project requests. Relevant project content and correspondence may be processed by those tools. Automated output can be wrong; tell us if something needs correcting. Do not send confidential or sensitive materials without first agreeing on an appropriate way to handle them.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect against fraud or security threats, or as necessary in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We do not install advertising pixels, analytics scripts, social-media widgets or third-party media embeds on this site. Our application cookies protect quote and setup access, and hosting providers also set visitor and security cookies; see the cookie policy. We do not track visitors across other websites for advertising. Our application does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not perform advertising sale or sharing. Hosting and payment providers may process security data as described above.

Emailed preview links

We record requests to unique preview links, including the associated prospect and message, timestamp, and a classification for identifiable automated scanners. We use this to measure interest in proposed redesigns. This feature uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels, stored IP addresses, raw browser identifiers or device fingerprints. Security scanners and forwarded links can affect counts; a request does not prove who visited. Access is restricted to our operations, and visit events are deleted after 90 days. Contact us to request deletion of associated tracking records. More details are in our preview privacy notice.

How long we keep information

We retain information for the inquiry, project delivery and support, and as needed for accounting, resolving disputes, preventing abuse or meeting legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. Cookie expiry does not delete your project record. We review deletion requests individually; we do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Minimal suppression records may be retained to avoid sending further outreach after an opt-out.

Your choices and requests

Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about our use of your information. Include enough context to locate your inquiry or project; do not email identity documents. We may need to verify that you are entitled to the records before sharing or changing them. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons, which we will explain. You can opt out of outreach by replying with your request. Necessary project and payment communications may still be sent.

This service is intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required. For privacy requests, contact Jack Matthess at the email above or the mailing address in the footer.
