Refund policy

We want the scope and cost to be clear before you pay. This policy applies to Revexa Design’s one-time website redesign service and is part of our terms and conditions.

Before work starts

Cancel before we begin paid work on your agreed project and we will refund your project payment in full. A speculative preview made before you purchased is not counted as paid project work for this purpose.

After work starts

If you cancel after work begins, we will review the work actually completed against your written scope and explain the earned portion of the price. We refund the unearned remainder. We will not add a cancellation penalty or bill unapproved extras. If the scope does not allocate a price to the completed work, we will explain the proposed calculation and discuss any disagreement with you.

If something is wrong or we cannot complete the work

Email us with the problem so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate correction. Our implementation mistakes do not use your two included revision rounds. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will explain what remains undelivered and arrange the appropriate refund for that work. Your applicable legal rights and remedies are not limited by this policy.

Requesting a refund

Email jack@revexadesign.com with your business name, the email used for payment and what you would like to cancel or have corrected. Do not send your card number. We will acknowledge the request, review its status and explain the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.

Third-party expenses

Domain, hosting and other services you buy directly from other providers are governed by their refund terms. We do not purchase extra services or charge you for them without your approval. No provision here overrides a refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
