Terms and conditions

These terms apply to website redesign services purchased from Jack Matthess, a sole proprietor doing business as Revexa Design. Your written quote identifies the business, pages, price and included features. Review it before paying. The quote governs the agreed project scope; these terms govern the general service. Changes require agreement, and applicable rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

Scope, payment and launch

The checkout amount is a one-time project payment in US dollars. We will not add work or charges without your approval. Your project covers only the pages, features and connections in your written quote. Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, paid software and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless expressly included.

After payment, provide the setup details and authorized access needed to complete the work. Your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. We normally connect your existing domain by updating the necessary records; transferring registration to another company is not automatically required or included. Launch depends on working access, agreed connections and final checks. Payment alone does not guarantee an immediate launch. We will contact you if something prevents completion and agree on next steps.

Previews are proposals, not the business’s live website. Do not submit real customer or sensitive information to preview forms. Preview links may be accessible to anyone who has the link, so they should not contain confidential material.

Revisions and later changes

Your project includes two rounds of revisions within 30 days after launch. A round is one collected list of changes within the agreed scope. New pages, new integrations or a substantial change of direction need a separate written quote. We correct our implementation mistakes without using your revision rounds. For later changes, email us; there is no automatic maintenance subscription or promise of unlimited lifetime editing.

Your materials and access

You confirm that you can authorize the work and provide permission to use supplied text, logos, photos and other materials for your project. Tell us about any restrictions. Do not give us materials you do not have permission to use. Use delegated account access where available, with only the permissions needed; do not put passwords, transfer codes or payment details in our forms. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information and your use of the finished website.

Website files and third-party materials

After full payment, you receive the custom website files and the rights we hold in the custom work created for your project. Your existing materials remain yours. Fonts, stock assets, software, templates and other third-party materials retain their original licenses; we will identify relevant license conditions with the handoff. AI-generated elements may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection. We do not promise exclusive rights in third-party or AI-generated materials.

Service limits and problems

We use software and AI-assisted tools in our workflow. We do not guarantee increased sales, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services or compliance with every law. If an error or access problem affects your project, contact us so we can investigate and propose a correction. You may need specialist advice for regulated content, accessibility obligations or your own business policies. These terms do not remove responsibilities or remedies that the law requires.

Cancellation and refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms. You can cancel before paid project work begins for a full refund. If work has begun, we will account for work completed under the agreed scope and refund the unearned amount. A speculative preview created before purchase is not treated as paid work already performed against your order.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy policy describes how we process project information. We keep a record of the policy version you accept at checkout. Later changes to these terms do not automatically change an existing paid agreement. Contact jack@revexadesign.com about your order or any concern.
